My Mission

My mission is to guide a person on the path to themselves and their true “Self.”

To help them recognize their inner resources and learn how to apply them in life, develop emotional intelligence, and distinguish true desires from superficial ones.

To unlock personal potential and build the ability to listen to the body and its needs.

To provide tools for overcoming inner conflicts and teach self-support skills to achieve inner harmony.

The goal is not to place a person in long-term therapy lasting for years, but within 10–12 sessions to help them learn to observe their states, recognize their causes, and independently move through them by changing their reactions.

By moving beyond “suffering,” a person does not ignore their emotions, but learns to identify them, give them space, and safely experience them with trust in themselves and the world.

My approach

I look at a person’s request through 4 levels:

  • personal experience

  • parental experience

  • ancestral experience

  • soul experience

This allows us to see the true causes of what is happening and work not only with surface-level manifestations but also with the deeper sources of the problem.

I use multimodal approaches and transcendent practices, including elements of quantum physics and the energetic capabilities of a “sleeper” when working within the Akashic Records. This helps clients connect with higher levels of consciousness, receiving the information and energy needed for healing and resolving life challenges.

I have a higher Ukrainian education in practical psychology and a diploma from the South-East Institute of Psychoanalysis with a specialization in systemic family consulting.

Methods I work with

1. SYSTEMIC FAMILY CONSTELLATION

Systemic phenomenological constellations are a unique method that opens the door to our subconscious and allows us to see hidden connections and dynamics within family systems. This approach, developed by Bert Hellinger, offers a completely new perspective on our problems, allowing us to move beyond привычного восприятия (habitual perception).

Imagine how “representatives” are created in space for each important person in your life, whether parents, brothers, or sisters. These representatives intuitively begin to reflect the feelings and emotions that you may not yet be aware of. During a constellation session, you may feel how profound work takes place on a soul level. At times, this can be a real revelation, when your eyes suddenly open to the dynamics that were hidden behind everyday concerns and worries.

The emotions that arise in the process can be both painful and healing. You may feel a flow of love filling your life like a powerful stream, or, on the contrary, encounter heavy memories and suppressed feelings. This truly brings you back to your inner self and helps you understand how unresolved situations from the past can influence your present and future.

Systemic constellations invite us to step into the dance of life, where every step is an opportunity to release old burdens and create more harmonious relationships both with ourselves and with others. This method is not just a tool, but a wise guide that helps you find a path to healing and self-discovery, understand your family, and recognize systemic patterns that may be passed down from generation to generation.

This is not just about resolving conflicts—it is about restoring harmony, understanding, and forgiveness. It is about the opportunity to rediscover love and support that have always been there but were sometimes lost in the busyness of life. Systemic constellations offer hope and show that within each of us lives the power and the possibility to change our destiny.

2. QUANTUM THETA HEALING

Quantum theta healing is a unique approach to healing that combines scientific discoveries in the field of quantum physics with ancient wisdom and healing practices. This method allows you to work with the conscious and subconscious mind, opening access to deeper levels of perception and understanding.

When we talk about quantum theta healing, we mean the ability to influence subconscious beliefs and blocks that may be holding us back from achieving what we desire. This approach is based on the understanding that every thought, emotion, and belief shapes our reality. Once we become aware of and change these internal patterns, we can transform our lives.

This method works with your emotions, fears, limitations, as well as physical and mental conditions. It helps release blocked energy, restore the flow of life force, and achieve harmony in both body and mind.

In the process, we use techniques such as meditation and visualization, which help connect to higher levels of consciousness and universal resources. It’s like embarking on a fascinating journey within yourself, where each session becomes an opportunity to connect with your inner wisdom and source of unlimited potential.

Quantum theta healing is not just a method—it is a whole philosophy that teaches us responsibility for our thoughts and actions. Understanding that we can change our reality gives strength and inspiration. It is a path to self-discovery, healing, and well-being, allowing us to live a more conscious and fulfilling life, free from fears and doubts.

Thus, quantum theta healing becomes not only a healing tool but also a key to unlocking possibilities that once seemed unattainable.

3. REGRESSION THERAPY

Regression therapy is a method used to identify the root causes of problems when classical psychology does not provide quick results. It allows you to “rewrite” the emotional imprint of trauma and restore inner balance.

Regression is a technique that enables exploration of past lives and incarnational states without hypnosis, revealing issues that affect health and life in the present. It helps clients restore memory on a deep level, identify the causes of their problems, and find answers hidden in the subconscious.

Regression helps to understand how events from past lives influence personal relationships, spiritual development, and the resolution of psychological issues through trance.

This method supports the development of personal and professional skills and helps overcome fears and internal limitations.

Trance is a natural mental state experienced by every person and is divided into several stages of brainwave activity:

Gamma waves: Intense mental activity when the brain processes large amounts of information and connects it quickly.

Beta state: Full awareness, analysis, concentration, logical thinking, and decision-making.

Alpha state: Light relaxation that allows access to images and memories.

It includes several levels of trance. Simply closing your eyes can already create a light trance state. Then comes the activation of images, memories, and imagination. This is a mid-level alpha state, common in meditation. At deeper levels, flashes of past-life memories may appear. Alpha waves act as a transition from the material to the non-material world, while still under conscious control.

Theta state: Deep relaxation and transition to the non-material realm, where regression sessions take place.

Delta waves: Deep sleep.

These states are natural for the body, and regression trance involves shifting brain activity from beta to alpha and then to theta waves.

The goal of regression therapy is to uncover the root causes of problems and phobias from the past and work through them. The method focuses on transforming negative life patterns and releasing emotional blocks.

Some clients may find it difficult to relax and enter the theta state due to internal blocks and beliefs such as:

“This can’t be real” “I’m making this up” “This is just a projection of my life” “I’m answering the way I think I should”

For a successful regression session, it is important to trust yourself, your inner experience, and your guide.

In some cases, when a client doubts their ability or feels fear, we use the energetic support of another person, a “sleeper,” to achieve deeper healing and understanding.

In some cases, when a client doubts their ability or feels fear, we use the energetic support of another person, a “sleeper,” to achieve deeper healing and understanding.

4. QUANTUM REALITY

The “Quantum Reality” method is an original approach based on the unique interaction between a sleeper and a guide during a trance process. This multifaceted tool helps clients significantly accelerate their results. “Quantum Reality” works effectively with psychosomatic conditions, rare illnesses, infertility, anxiety disorders, inner states, energetic influences, and many other issues.

A sleeper is a professional participant in the session who easily enters a deep trance state with the help of the guide. In this state, their consciousness moves along the subtle boundary between sleep and wakefulness, entering the client’s so-called “quantum field.” The sleeper is able to perceive information that is not accessible through ordinary perception and becomes a guide between our physical world and the hidden layers of the client’s reality.

The work between the sleeper and the guide is based on the interaction of two roles. The sleeper enters an altered state of consciousness, while the guide manages the process, asks relevant questions that reveal the client’s request, and directs attention toward the root cause for healing.

It is a kind of “duet,” where one receives images, information, symbols, and memories from the subconscious or subtle levels of the Soul that are not accessible in a normal state and transmits them. The other manages the process, asks precise questions, directs the sleeper’s attention to the necessary areas, and records the responses. At the same time, the guide maintains visual contact with the client, observes and reads their state, analyzes it in relation to the request, and interprets the chain of cause-and-effect relationships in the present. The guide provides resolving statements to “rewrite the current issue” and releases energetic blocks at the Soul level, initiating a healing flow.

The role of the sleeper is not only to transmit information from the memory of the Soul but also to observe the changes occurring on a subtle level with the client during the healing process. The sleeper indicates whether the issue has been sufficiently worked through and whether it is possible to move on to another level, acting as an indicator of completion.

For the integrity of the process, the guide first receives the client’s request without the presence of the sleeper and only then connects them to the session. This makes it possible to work through multiple layers of a single request or different aspects of the client’s questions.

The “Quantum Reality” method opens new possibilities for deep self-understanding and awareness, providing access to information that can significantly change the perception of reality and help in resolving personal issues.

My Life's Calling article by Khyzhniak Olesia

My Life’s Calling

A frequent guest in my life is Mr. Chance. He teaches me flexibility and acceptance. I am grateful to him for every chapter of my journey.

After being introduced to the school subject “Law Studies” in the 9th grade, I dreamed of becoming a lawyer. Many people in my family and social circle were military officers, and I imagined myself as a military attorney. I was preparing to enter the Zaporizhzhia Law Institute. However, in the very year I graduated from school, women were no longer being admitted.

Friends suggested that I enroll in the Faculty of Radio Engineering and Control Systems at the Kharkiv Air Force Institute and later transfer to the law department. I submitted my documents and passed the military medical examination. I still remember it clearly: on the evening of July 6th, I received a notice informing me that I had to be in Kharkiv on July 7th for my first entrance exam at 8:00 a.m.

My mother was away on vacation, so I called my aunt. She rushed over immediately. We packed in a hurry and set off.

We arrived in Kharkiv at eight o’clock, but by the time we reached the institute, the first exam had already ended. No one cared. Naturally, I was not allowed to take it separately. My world collapsed.

On the train home, I badly twisted my ankle. Today I understand that it reflected my fear of moving forward into life. Our legs symbolize our path and our ability to move ahead. It took me two weeks to recover. On the very last day of university admissions, I walked into the admissions office of the nearest university. As I looked through the faculties and entrance exams, one word caught my attention: Psychology.

That is how I became a student in the Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Psychology. Mr. Chance had stepped in once again.

At the time, I certainly did not see myself as a psychologist. I earned the degree mostly for the sake of having one. I had no intention of working in a school. Besides, I was uncomfortable with the phrase, “But you’re a psychologist.” Because of that, I would often distance myself from the profession, saying that I was a social educator rather than a psychologist.

Then, quite unexpectedly, at the age of twenty-two, I found myself working in Human Resources—and I fell in love with it.

Over the years, I changed companies, developed professionally, and grew in my HR career. Yet one thing remained constant: working with people. It always brought me joy.

People came to me for help and advice. They shared their deepest stories, personal struggles, and private emotions. I listened and accepted them exactly as they were, without judgment. I became fascinated by what drives people, what influences their decisions, their life stories, and the patterns that run through families across generations.

I wanted to understand. I wanted answers. Many questions remained unanswered.

Then came the turning point at the age of thirty-three. It felt as though I had opened Pandora’s Box. My life began to crumble like a house of cards. Difficulties appeared in my relationships, with my child, and with my health. I had a painful conflict with someone very dear to me—my beloved aunt. My mother became seriously ill and was admitted to intensive care. I lost a close friendship.

The air itself seemed charged with tension. I felt betrayed, rejected, broken, and exhausted. I wanted to disappear.

Yet I kept asking myself: Why is this happening? What am I meant to learn? What is the purpose of all this?

And once again, Mr. Chance appeared. In the most unexpected ways, the right books, people, and information came into my life. I was forced to explore long-silenced family stories—my parents’ divorce, generational dynamics, and family history. Piece by piece, I gathered information about my ancestors, family legends, and hidden truths.

Family constellations and energy practices became an important part of my life. Through this work, I found the courage to search for my father and meet him for the first time.

I found not only my father and my sister. I found a part of myself. I became more whole. I became different.

As I rebuilt my genogram and family tree, I began to see the causes and consequences behind many life events. Gradually, I gained a deeper understanding of my life lessons and personal purpose. The veil covering the mysteries of life slowly began to lift.

This time, consciously and intentionally, I returned to study psychology and family therapy.

I spent three years studying at an institute while also completing courses in counseling with metaphorical associative cards, art therapy, positive psychology, and kinesiology. I trained in trauma work, grief counseling, shadow integration, and healing the effects of childhood abuse.

I studied in an energy school and apprenticed with a healer. I received initiation into karmic work through regression practices and the Akashic Records. I also completed training programs focused on working with couples, children, and future trainers.

Slowly, I began finding the answers I had been searching for. I learned to establish healthy boundaries, accept my parents, let go of resentment, and care for myself. I learned to recognize my reflections in others, take responsibility for my life, listen to my true desires, and distinguish my own needs from those imposed by society and other people.

I learned to trust myself. To trust life. To look beyond appearances and see the deeper truth.

I have learned a great deal. And there is still so much more to learn.

Today, I am grateful to have found my life’s calling—my path. Nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing positive transformation in the lives of others. Watching people grow, heal, and change through the work we do together is an incredible privilege.

Planting a seed in fertile soil is a beautiful experience. Seeing my clients’ results is one of my greatest sources of inspiration and fulfillment.

I am deeply grateful for their trust. I am grateful to those who supported me, taught me, and guided me. And I am also grateful to those who caused me pain, because they, too, became my teachers.

Without every one of these people, I would not be the person I am today.

With love ❤️, Me
